[SOLVED] KMail and Ktorrent - Lost GUI Adjustments after reboots

Hi all,

I just made a new Arch Linux installation.

Ktorrent and KMail initially comes up needing adjustments to it's GUI allowing for field sizes and other minor GUI adjustments like moving columns to different locations.

These adjustments work great but when Ktorrent or KMail are closed and reopened after a reboot or shutdown, ALL these adjustments to field and GUI size are lost and must be re-entered (for lack of a better term).

This was NOT the behavior for Ktorrent and KMail on my Arch before new installation.

Is anyone with the same problem? I'm using last Plasma version from repositories.

This is an issue in Qt that should be fixed in the latest package release

Make sure you have updated your system and are running qt5-base 5.10.1-4 and reboot for good measure to ensure that the latest libs are loaded.
