looking where to put the "init" in mkinitcpio

long story short?

luks-per-drive zraid. looking to cleanly upgrade to yubikey support. Have an init from a handrolled initrd without yubi. mkinitcpio, alongside some AUR additions makes almost *anything* possible! just...

Having a software raid array, where each device is individually encrypted makes any auto-setup fail. I need to write that init manually.

Any ideas?
