Cinnamon with two monitors: window title shown in the wrong panel

Hello! My problem is as follows:

If I have:
- Window A open in monitor 1
- and Windows B, C open in monitor 2,

I would like:
- the panel in monitor 1 to list Window A,
- the panel in monitor 2 to list Windows B, C.

I use Cinnamon. How do I accomplish this? I vaguely remember that this was not a problem in Mint, but I find that the panel in monitor 1 lists all three windows.
