Pacman and blender 2.42a-1

I noticed that pacman didn't report the recent update to blender (2.42a-1). and when I tried to install blender manually I got this

 sudo pacman -S blender
:: blender-2.42-1: local version is newer.  Upgrade anyway?

It seems that the package is not labeled correctly! can anyone conform?
