Did you bother to read the logs you posted? The problem is OBVIOUS.

Thank you for the "rich" answer
I tried installing cairo package, the problem is still the same

So the answer is obviously "no".
Try parsing this:
conky: llua_load: cannot open /home/asaf/.Conky/clock_rings.lua: No such file or directory

update:
seems like the problem lays in Cairo, the package cannot be installed using Pacman, its there but after downloading the package seems to be missing.

Ah, so you do have even multiple issues....
The internet is full of failures to load the cairo module - see https://github.com/brndnmtthws/conky/issues/394

As much as i understood the fix in the link you brought was installing a package called conky-cairo (?)

It is, i'm not entirely sure shy that description of the AUR package mentions Nvidia, but it should work with AMD just the same, so install that
I read the AUR package, it builds some additional Nvidia specific support which you can disable by editing the relevant lines, read the PKGBUILD it contains information on what you have to adjust.
