I have loaded the modules from
https://github.com/mkubecek/vmware-host-modules
But still get the following
My vmware logs:
The relevant bit:
Unable to load libfontconfig.so.1 from libfontconfig.so.1: /usr/lib/libfontconfig.so.1: undefined symbol: FT_Done_MM_Var
Unable to load dependencies for /usr/lib/vmware/lib/libvmware-modconfig.so/libvmware-modconfig.so
I have followed all the instructions on the wiki to change the fontconfig version but still no success. Anyone have it working?
