GNU Accounting Utilities
I was wondering when I searched for The GNU Accounting Utilities but it was not in the official repo by keywords acct and psacct although I could not find it in AUR, it would be great if someone can packge it.

That should be very easy to package, so why don't you start with some of the grunt work getting a PKGBUILD together and post it here. Then we can help polish it up so you can submit it to the AUR.
