Cairo-Dock reopens application instead of minimizing

Hi,

for some applications e.g. Spotify Cairo-Dock always opens a new instance, instead of minimizing and maximizing when clicking on it. How can I change this?

I also realized that Spotify doesn't show in the dock when I open it. I have to manually create an Icon. This might be related.
