So, whenever I try to overclock my GPU and play osu! (in WINE), eventually PowerMizer sets the performance level from 2 to 1. It's really annoying because I have to relog in every single time this happens.
I tried getting some terminal output from nvidia-settings, yet I get nothing. I also tried adding the following to my xorg.conf (only added the options bit):

Even when I set the mode to prefer max performance, it does it anyway.
What I'm looking for is either a way to disable PowerMizer, or a way to keep it to a fixed clock. Either of these are good.
