[Solved] appearance of programs, it's not good

Hi, I'm using arch with gnome.
and my programs are not pulling out appearance settings. seems to me to be some missing configuration. The problem is: I'm a beginner and I do not know where to start the search ...
follows an image, note the top bar of the software.
and this is just one of the programs that is experiencing this failure.
Any idea?!

Mod edit: replaced ovesized image with url. Please see the Code of Conduct regarding acceptable image sizes. -- WorMzy

Second Mod Edit: that image is still over-sized (though now only oversized in one of the two dimensions). Please do read the Code of Conduct in its entirety. HalosGhost
