[SOLVED] GNOME 3 freezes starting

Hi

Since an upgrade, GNOME freezes starting.

The problem was that I installed EasyScreenCast as GNOME extension to record videos and it seems that it doesn't work with new versions of GNOME.

Researching I found the solution:

mv .local/share/gnome-shell/extensions .local/share/gnome-shell/extensions.1

Or you can move the directory EasyScreenCast@iacopodeenosee.gmail.com inside extensions directory to another place.

And GNOME 3 will work fine!

I found a better solution.

You only need to go to the path and upgrade EasyScreenCast:

cd .local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/EasyScreenCast\@iacopodeenosee.gmail.com
git pull

And now GNOME will start fine with the extension EasyScreenCast.
