Can't turn on my computer

When I turn on it shows an error (link below).
What should I do? During install an update computer turn off and that was happen. I also can't boot or type anything. Please help me.

Chroot in and reinstall the kernel/the packages involved into the broken update transaction.

Boot on your preferred boot media and chroot in to your system. Kind of what you did during installation.
