Can't detect integrated Intel video card

Hi all,

On my system, I can't detect the intel video card:

Well, maybe you do not have an iGPU? You did not tell us what kind of CPU you have installed, but if it is a Xeon, then chances are that there simply is no iGPU to be detected...

Check your UEFI if you have an option to enable there/switch from discrete graphics to hybrid output. However as this seems to be a gaming laptop, chances are that this is simply not available. However if it would be, the first place you should look at is your UEFI menu.

What's the reason you want to do that in the first place?

Yeah, gaming laptops with NVIDIA GSYNC simply do not have the option to switch between GPUs, because the display is hard wired to the dGPU and the iGPU is disabled. So maybe that's what's going on here?

Ok I have understood, yeah this is a gaming laptop and I want use VFIO virtualization in a KVM environment, but i need dual boot i think.
