Hello. I want to start Mafia on Wine. Package txc_dxtn has been removed from [extra] so I can't download it. Apperently Mesa has it. But it still throws that errors to me.

You can get it from the Arch Linux Archive FWIW.
However that patch should probably be adjusted, though I'm not entirely sure how necessary it really is, normal wine has abandoned any notions of txc directly within their codebase in like 2007
