New update is not showing on yaourt and pacman.

I have installed sublime-text-dev (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sublime-text-dev/) package current installed build is 3143 and they have released the new build 3176 but whenever I do pacman -Syu sublime-text-dev or yaourt -Syu sublime-text-dev I keep on gettings the eariler version

yaourt -S sublime-text-dev
warning: sublime-text-dev-3.3143-1 is up to date -- reinstalling
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...

Net Upgrade Size:       0.00 MiB

I have cleared the pacman cache also pacman -Sc and using the reflector ordered all latest mirrors still I don't get an update

Use the -a option to tell yaourt query the AUR:

yaourt -Sa sublime-text-dev

And FWIW, you aren't using the repo provided by the sublime devs, are you?
