Does arch build system leverage Intel MPX to check buffer overflows?

I just wanted to know if the arch build system for official repositories leverages Intel MPX to check buffer overflows?

No it doesn't. MPX is going to be abandoned in linux world soon: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/58486
