Hello,
I have an issue with my fresh installation of archlinux : Libreoffice "Paste" command does not work (cut works, but paste does not).
this occurs in any Libreoffice program (document, calc, etc...).
libreoffice-fresh 6.0.4-1
libreoffice-fresh-fr 6.0.4-1
note that I am running wayland on KDE (it used to work in my previous installation with X/KDE). system is up to date.
Any idea how to try to fix this ?
regards
Olivier

I have the same problem.
So I'm running libreoffice within xserver. I uncommented
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk
in /etc/profile.d/libreoffice-fresh.sh

Thank you for your quick reply.
I'll give it a try this week-end and update the post.

Would you consider it as
- a libreoffice bug ?
- a KDE bug ?
- a wayland bug ?
- other ?

I didn't hear about that problem from GNOME users. So I expect that this is a KDE problem. At the moment, KDE wayland support is not complete. That's why they recommend X11...

Thank you.
I'll close this post then.

If changing the VCL fixes this I doubt it's really a bug anywhere. Libreoffice still picks KDE4 as the default VCL on KDE which has been unmaintained for ages. You are pretty much universally better off switching to a GTK variant.

If you run KDE+wayland and start libreoffice, it is running as an wayland app.
After changing the VCL, it is running as an X11 app.
I think the order mentioned in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Libreoffice#Theme does apply to KDE too.
Also, I neither installed qt4 nor libreoffice-kde. So KDE4 should not be the problem.
