not having made the jump to SSD yet, what is the best way to not get lag from reading/wrtiting cache to and from disk?
western digital 500gb over 72000rpm ahci sata (3 of them)
lately when i have pale moon open (only browser with least amount of spyware) i have a 5 second lock up every 3 mins / changing between tabs in browser / changing from palemoon to different application, you get the picture. also happens with compiled w/ optimizations basilisk happens with and without ad block installed and enabled.
i dont drust gvfs-variants is udisk(2) and fuse my only other options? ive not had this problem until the lalst 4 or so months
16gb ddr3 ram. open to coaching and suggestions
