After going through most of the wikis on pulseaudio and bluetooth, I finally am able to make them work together. I can connect and play music on my bluetooth speaker for instance. However after every reboot, or after disconnecting, devices reconnect without problem but then I don't get a sound. The only way I can get the sound back is to disconnect the devices and run:
pulseaudio --kill
systemctl restart bluetooth.service
pulseaudio
and reconnect.
It seems like there should be a way for pulse and bluetooth to work together to automatically connect or reconnect devices without going through these commands. Any ideas?

I installed pulseaudio-bluetooth-a2dp-gdm-fix from AUR to have a smooth connection with my headset
I love archlinux: the last STABLE kernel release + the last STABLE DE release + the last STABLE apps releases. The upstream developers decide what is STABLE.

Thanks speedyx but I use KDE. Anyway I had a look at the package and it's really just a simple configuration changes to the file default.pa. I tried it but doesn't work for my system.

Sorry, I hope you succeed and share a working solution. I'm really interested.
