Unresponsible apps in Gnome/Wayland

Hi

I have an issue under gnome wayland where some apps like qbittorrent or spyderIDE for example would start in a fixed windows position (upper left side of the screen) with their titlebarrs hidden under then gnome-shell panel. These windows can't be moved, dragged around, changed position. This issue is specific to the wayland session, they work fine under x11.

Also, this is a recent thing (the issue appeared after an update, not sure gnome 3.28.2 caused it or the latest xorg-wayland).

Anybody else experienced this?

Thanks

Could be result from qt 5.11 using wayland backend by default: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 2#p1788112

Thanks man,
Indeed removing the qt-wayland backend fixed the problem.
