Hey, i'm trying to get snap working in arch. It works on my desktop arch system. For whatever reason it's giving me trouble on my laptop running arch ontop of btrfs.
Here is what i did.
yaourt -S snapd
sudo systemctl enable --now snapd.socket
snap refresh
snap install spotify
After this and a restart, I cannot find skype through any searches. Additionally, when running snap run spotify, i get several symlink errors:
ln: failed to create symbolic link '/home/hayden/snap/spotify/16/snap/spotify/16/X:' No such file or directory : 7 times
where X is {Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos, Templates}
Similar things happen with any other application installed through snap.
The program itself runs fine through the snap run command though
