Help with X Keyboard configuration

Hi,

I wish to configure my keyboard so that each time I press AltGr the keys i,j,k,l behave like the up,left,down and right arrows respectively (this should work independently of wether other modifiers are pressed, say Shift+AltGr+i should behave as Shift+Up).

So far I haven't been able to accomplish this, I've had a hard time understanding xkb config files, could anyone give me a hand? Thanks a lot in advance!
