[SOLVED] Stripes appearing on several applications, multiple DEs
I've got two desktop environments installed on my Arch install - plasma-desktop (5.13.3-1) and xfce4 (4.12.4-1). I have an intel i5 3470 and a basic nvidia card (GT 430), motherboard is AsRock Z77 Extreme4.
Here's some screenshots of what I'm seeing.

The above is MediaElch, and I see these stripes in plasma. No difference if I remove the nvidia card and use the onboard graphics.

The above is Dolphin file manager in Xfce4. Once again, the same thing occurs whether I use the nvidia card or the onboard graphics. Dolphin in the plasma desktop does have a very faint shade difference between rows, but nothing like the screenshot.
HandBrake is also a culprit, on both Xfce4 and plasma. In Xfce4, if I switch tab in HandBrake almost all the visible window goes black. But if I Alt+Tab to a screenshot utility, HandBrake corrects itself.
Finally, I occasionally see the same wierd stripes on applications like firefox, but not consistently. I can be happily using the pc one day, power off, and then without making any updates or changes, power on and firefox has a black stripe in the address bar. This is not something I can reproduce consistently though.
Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on!

That's the alternate row color, colorscheme/style related.
