Openbox with QT - font config?

I use Openbox and switched from GTK to QT based applications. Everything seems to be fine but I still have 2 questions that could not resolve:

1. Fontconfig - even if I change the font family in QT Configuration tool the applications do not use these fonts. For example the fonts in the toolbar of Juffed still very small - and I increased the font size to 14 in QT config too.. Any idea where I should change the font settings?

2. The style of Steam icon in Tint2's systray is different to the default QT Curve theme. Is there a way to change style for Tint2's systray?

You should have one topic per thread, otherwise it just turns into a mess.  But here goes a mess:

1) Which "QT Configuration tool" are you using?  Which Juffed package are you using, the qt4 or qt5 version?  Qt5 settings will not apply (automatically) to qt4 clients and vice versa.

Thanks. I used qt4 config tool for qt5 Juffed. And I guess I will need to try another system trayer (stalonetray?) for qt-like apperarance.
