RT - request tracker

http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/

what a beast of garguntuan proportions! I attempted to make a package, but since I cant even get all the perl modules installed  I'll give up.

Ubuntu has a package. Its a very good system (even NASA use it apparently). Unfortunately my ubuntu VM freaks out when I move it to another host, even though my arch VM does not  roll

Re: RT - request tracker

You might give edgewall's trac a try.

As for rt, are you using cpan to try installing the perl modules?

Re: RT - request tracker

yeah, I've nearly got it installed now. it comes with a script to automate the cpan module install (theres about 50 dependant modules!!) but it seems to get confused.
