Wake On Lan only works when computer is turned off

I can turn on my computer with WOL, but I can't wake it up when Arch suspended my computer. Did I do something wrong?

Do you use some power saving tools (TLP, laptop-mode-tools,…) or do you have a parallel windows installation?

I don't use any power saving methods.
The only parallel installation I have is Solus.
