Plasma Mouse settings missing

I have just installed Plasma on a new PC and I'm missing some options.  The image here: http://i.imgur.com/nAVwa16.jpg  shows what I'm expecting. I have the option for input devices/mouse but only have General, Acceleration and Scrolling. I don't have the tabs and I don't have the "single click to open" option.

Have these settings moved or am I missing a package needed for mouse control?

Yes, they have been moved. Desktop Behavior now has the single/double-click options. Plasma desktop is continually being revised and redefined.
