black screen after logout from X, when thinkpad is on dock

Hello archers,

yeah, the title explains the most. If the x230 is connected to ultrabase-dock and i log out, i only see a black screen. Same happens if i change the terminal with the STRG-ALT-F-KEYS.
Logout is normal, i see the boot-messages and the tty1-login-prompt, but after i started X, i cannot go back. Openbox is used as Window-Manager without Display-Manager.

If i disconnect the Dock, everything works fine.

Its no big problem, but sometimes i miss, to change the terminal. So if anybody has an idea, please help me.
