[SOLVED] Mutt (imap) and CA Cert issues
Hi all
I'm trying to setup my mutt client to use imap to access my email.
Using offlineimap -a name, I end up with this error:
CA Cert verifying failed: no matching domain name found in certificate'
My mail domain is hosted so I understand that the cert does not "match" the mail server name as the provider tells me to use mail.mydomain.com and not the actual host.
What I have done, was add the following lines to my muttrc file thinking that perhaps that might do it.
set ssl_verify_host = no
set ssl_verify_dates = no
Unfortunately, that does not work.
I would appreciate any help in getting past this issue.

Because of the semi unorthodox way my mail provided requires me to set this up, the easiest and most logical way to handle this is to continue to use T-Bird.
For now, this is the simpler solution to my issue and for now, appears to be the best result.
