[WONTFIX] Claws-Mail gpg identity

Hi,

I have a gnupg keyring with three uids. When sending an email using claws-mail the default identity (myself1@firstmail.com) is always used to sign the mail regardless of the mail account used to send the mail. Of course, I would like to sign the mail according to the account the mail was sent from.

/home/myself/.gnupg/pubring.kbx
------------------------------
pub rsa4096 2018-09-05 [SC] [expires: 2022-09-04]
      MYKEYID
uid [ ultimate ] My Self <myself1@firstmail.com>
uid [ ultimate ] My Self <myself2@secondmail.com>
uid [ ultimate ] My Self <myself3@thirdmail.com>
sub rsa4096 2018-09-05 [E] [expires: 2020-09-05]
sub rsa4096 2018-09-06 [S] [expires: 2020-09-05]

For every account, I set "GPG" and "S/MIME" options as follows.

Did I make a mistake?

This choosing of key by email address doesn't work for me either. Just select the next option and enter the key id of the appropriate key

Re: [WONTFIX] Claws-Mail gpg identity

Apparently, the choosing of email does work, but the default id is always selected. If I enter the email address of in the next option, my default uid is still used. Therefore, it does not make any difference as to which option I choose.

As you can see, I only have a master key as well as a subkey for signing and three uids. Which key do I have to enter, so that the mail will be signed for the corresponding email address (uid) and not the default one (the one with the dot (.) next to it?

Sorry, misread you first post.

No idea how you can influence this behaviour.
