HP Notebook make a pop sound when reboot/shutdown!

Hello good day guys. My HP laptop makes strange sound when I restarted/reboot it. It only started that after installing arch linux on it.
When I was using windows and ubuntu, such thing never happen.

Please anyone who can help ?
