[SOLVED] No More Borders and selection highlighting after update

I am using LXQt and did pacman -Syu yesterday and borders on everything, pop-up box to X-terminals to Firefox tabs  to buttons and login boxed on web pages etc have disappeared (Qterminal and K3B still show borders). Check the screenshots. Even when I select all the text using Ctrl-A  and even if some part of text, whether using mouse or keyboard, the highlight color does not show  (Qterminal and K3B still show selection highlighting).  It is becoming difficult to work:

Post Updated as per the Code of Conduct. Thanks smile

I solved the problem by following steps:

1) Removed every configuration file and directory related to LXQt, GTK, gconf, Qt, desktop, openbox etc
2) Re-setup/configured everything.
3) pacman -Syu
4) removed the newly generated config files (step-1)
5) restarted LXQt
6) problem solved smile
