Can't login to KDE xorg session since the upgrade to KDE apps 18.08

As the topic says, I can't longer login to my KDE Xserver session since I've upgraded apps to the latest 18.08 version. Screen just turns black and everything freezes after I pass the SDDM 's login screen.
Xserver session worked fine on 18.04. Plasma Wayland session still works fine on 18.08, as well as GNOME's Xserver and Wayland sessions. KDE Xserver session is my only problem.

I'm using the Rx560 graphics card with MESA drivers. Only problem I've found in Xorg log is:

[    17.280] (EE) AMDGPU(0): failed to set mode: Permission denied

Despite that, I can still log into Gnome Xserver session just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Can it be something similar to this?

Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3400 @ 2.60GHz, x86_64. AURs.
