I've been running Arch on my XPS15 for a while now with one external monitor via the HDMI port.
Now I have purchased a USB-C to HDMI adapter and have a second external monitor running.
However when I boot into Arch and get to the login screen both monitors show the Gnome Login Manger but after login one monitor goes blank?
To temporally fix this I need to reboot and have the USB-C monitor unplugged and then plug it back in after login then it works flawlessly. This is quite frustrating to do this every time however..
I'm using the opensource nouveau driver with bbswitch to turn off the GTX1050.
If someone could point me in the right direction on how to start to troubleshoot this issue I would be much obliged.
