[SOLVED] no screens found

After my last reboot I can't start an xorg-server session (through i3).
Here's the log: https://pastebin.com/uKERHyRD
I made sure the graphics card is detected:

➜ ~ lspci -k | grep -A 2 -E "(VGA|3D)"
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP106 [GeForce GTX 1060 3GB] (rev a1)
Subsystem: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd GP106 [GeForce GTX 1060 3GB]
Kernel modules: nouveau, nvidia_drm, nvidia

I tried manually loading the kernel modules (which failed for 2 of them):

➜ ~ s modprobe nvidia
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia': Invalid argument
➜ ~ s modprobe nvidia_drm
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia_drm': Invalid argument
➜ ~ s modprobe nouveau
➜ ~

After loading nouveau I tried to start the session again and this time the log was in a different folder: https://pastebin.com/Kxnq0bLW
I do have the nvidia and nvidia-lts packages installed.
What else should I try?
Thank you!

Edit:
Updating the system solved it.

Perform a full system update that should update linux-lts to 4.14.69 and nvidia-lts to 1:396.54-3.
There was an issue with linux-lts 4.14.68 not being compatible with nvidia-lts to 1:396.54-2.

I did one yesterday, were the packages upgraded again in the last few hours?
I'll try again and update if it helped.

Edit:
Updating the system did help, thank you!
