ktorrent not uploading

i am unable to get ktorrent or any other torrent program to upload
azureus
bittorrent <console or gui
i was running Arch Linux : ktorrent-2.0rc1-1.pkg.tar.gz (Thanks to Klerik)
form here
i ran pacman -Syu i seen it was gonna upgrade to whats in arch repository & i let it . now i can download but not upload? i tried reverting back to what i had but same results
ktorrent when i start it or stop/restart i see my peers jump a bit but it drops to 0 with no uploading
azureus says theres a connection error
bittorrent just sets there with no message that im seeing

any thoughts on this

Does this have to do with any Arch related torrents?

Yeah, I was getting that when trying to upload some of the Arch torrents. However, I could connect with others with no problem. Has there been some kind of tracker verification change recently? I'm not sure what is going on...maybe someone else can perhaps verify whether or not the Arch BitTorrent links will activate on their system.

I'll look around some more but the problem is sporadic.

after uninstalling & removing config files several times
it is now uploading like crazy thanks for your kindness
