Zotero reference manager LibreOffice plugin

Hello,

I am trying to install the LibreOffice plugin from Zotero to write my thesis.
But I always get an error and I think this is because I need root privileges to do so but I can't run it in root from my GUI.
Anybody has any ideas how to solve this problem?

What is the error message?

Did you install the zotero package in the AUR? That should provide the plugin according to https://www.zotero.org/support/word_pro … stallation

Thanks for your reply.

When I try to install it from Zotero preferences, there is no specific error, just states that the installation failed.

When I try to add it into the LibreOffice Extension manager, it says "Could not create Java implementation loader".

So I just installed jre10-openjdk through pacman and now it works. Thank you for your help.
