Arch VS Ubuntu NAT performance

Hello,

Does the Arch kernel do something differently than the Ubuntu kernel? I have a 250/20 connection at home and it NATs for my LAN using about 40% (downloading at 250mbps) on my mini PC. Using the same hardware with Ubuntu 18.04 the CPU usage is only 5% (downloading at 250mbps).
