Qutebrowser settings not updating [SOLVED]

Hello Friends,

On a new installation, I installed Qutebrowser and i'm finding that the settings page :set is not accepting changes. The changes show in the input boxes, but don't update when I shift focus away, and don't stick if I exit the settings page and come back in. Any help appreciated.

I too have had this problem. I've been directly editing the autoconfig.yml when qutebrowser isn't running---I know there's a warning against doing this, but as long as qutebrowser isn't running while editing that file, it's okay.

It's a bug in Qt 5.11.2 - the upcoming v1.5.0 release will have a workaround for it, and Arch's 1.4.2-2 also adds a patch for it.
