How to change traffic control automatically.
i want to change the default fq_codel to fq at every reboot.
a conf file in /etc/sysctl/ with following value isn't working
net.core.default_qdisc = fq

One more question
is fq over fq_codel is still necessary for bbr to work properly with the current 4.18 kernel ?

net.core.default_qdisc is set in /usr/lib/sysctl.d/50-default.conf see man 5 sysctl.d for ordering.
