USB3-Hub

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with my little problem.
I bought a new USB3 hub with its own power supply.
When I now start the computer the following message appears:

journalctl -b

Okt 07 13:20:14 archlinux_1 kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: Timeout while waiting for setup device command

Okt 07 13:20:14 archlinux_1 kernel: usb 3-5: device not accepting address 2, error -62.

This message no longer appears after a reboot from a running session.

It only appears when starting the computer with the power supply of the HUB switched on.

If I switch off the power supply of the USB3 hub while starting the computer, the message does not appear either.
