Skype for Linux, web camera remains on after call ends

Hello,

I am using Skype for Linux, stable version 8.31.0.92. I have installed it from AUR.

When call ends, my camera remains turned on. Only way to turn it off is to exit from Skype.
I am not sure whether the camera stays turned on or microphone because they are integrated. Fortunately camera has little light so I know when it is turned on.

I have Logitech, Inc. Webcam C170.   
I am using Plasma Desktop environment.

This is a feature: how else can they continue to surveil you?
