When I run: sudo pacman -Suy I get:
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: xcursor-breeze and breeze are in conflict
Also when I run: sudo pacman -Rdd xcursor-breeze I get:
error: target not found: xcursor-breeze
What can I do?
It would probably help to know I'm running KDE Plasma.
Forgot to post the output of: pacman -Qs breeze:
local/breeze 5.13.5-1 (plasma)
Artwork, styles and assets for the Breeze visual style for the Plasma Desktop
local/breeze-gtk 5.13.5-1 (plasma)
Breeze widget theme for GTK 2 and 3
local/breeze-icons 5.50.0-1 (kf5)
Breeze icon themes

Pacman is not responsible for AUR packages, you are.

Can I please ask where does it say AUR in my post? Also, how can you state given that there is no AUR cursor theme installed that there is an AUR issue/post!?

Because xcursor-breeze is in fact an AUR-package? => https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xcursor-breeze
There is no package with that name in the official repos. And since you run plasma and have the breeze-package installed there is no need to have the cursor-theme installed in the first place, because the breeze-cursor-theme is included in the all-around breeze-theme/-package.
//EDIT: It also says "This package is for usage in non-KDE Plasma desktops." in the package-description for xcursor-breeze…

Can you post the full output of "pacman -Syu --debug"? And "uname -a"?

OK, I admit I missed that bit.
It seems your pacman database is a bit messed up since it finds a conflict but does not seem to be able to remove the package. I don't know enough about the internals of pacman to explain how this is even possible.
Good luck to get this sorted out!

Allan asked for the full output, not just what you think is relevant.
And please use code tags this time...

I found and resolved the issue. I installed Lxqt along plasma as Dolphin - the KDE file manager wouldn't and does not have root privileges but PCmanfm-qt along with LXQT-Sudo do so...
Removing LXQT solved the issue.
Thank you for trying to help.
