How to migrate from Xinerama to xrandr.

I was wondering if there was a way to move from Xinerama to XRandr without completely nuking my system. Any insight would be appreciated.

Eh ... yeah, remove any xinerama configuration you are using (which you've told us nothing about) and use xrandr instead.  No nuking involved.

Would that be my xorg.conf?

Perhaps that was too subtle.  How/when/where are you using xinerama?

Switching from xinerama to xrandr is like switching from chrome to firefox.  You just stop using one, and start using the other; that's it.
