nordvpn-bin

This package has been marked as not updated : https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nordvpn-bin/
I tried to update the PKGBUILD: https://justpaste.it/2ur4f but it gives permission problems both during installation and execution.
I contacted nordvpn who told me that they do not ensure compatibility with Arch you think we can solve?

Re: nordvpn-bin

Please post the errors you get. I'm guessing one of the message you mean is the one you mentioned on the AUR page:

It seems there's an issue with the config file ("/home/ubermensch/.config/nordvpn/config") permissions

In which case, what are the permissions on that file?

Re: nordvpn-bin

If you create a new user and run nordvpn as that user does that work?  If it does check the permissions the config file was created with.
Edit:
What were the permissions issues from the installation of the new version?
