KDE Mixer controls microphone boost instead of microphone volume

Hello Everyone,
I have a newly installed archlinux.
Everything works.

However, if I try to control my microphone volume from the KDE mixer, it changes the microphone boost instead of the microphone volume.

My .asoundrc looks like this:

pcm.!default {
    type hw
    card Generic_1
}
ctl.!default {
    type hw
    card Generic_1
}

How to fix the mixer controls, to change the microphone level, not the boost if I change the slide in KDE mixer?
