Hello!
When I shutdown or reboot, this shows up on my screen:
[ OK ] Stopped Authorization Manager.
[ OK ] Stopped Daemon for power management.
[ OK ] Reached target Final Step.

[$TIME] "echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disables this message.$TIME is just the time the message is printed at (for example: "12287.625370")
The time difference between the first info message and the last is about 8 minutes, and it doesn't seem to be printing more after that, but the system continues to hang.
This sounds like it could be related to Xorg, so here's some info:
DM: LightDM (greeter: GTK)
WM: i3
Edit 2020-04-24:
I forgot to update this, but I kept getting this issue and I eventually figured out that it's caused by the NVIDIA proprietary driver.
