Kernel/Driver issues / Random crashes (net/wireless/reg.c:)

Since a few Kernels/Month I have issues with my Notebook. Random Crashes ... I think this started with 4.18. I've started diggin into this now ... So here is the first hint I've found in the recent Log:

Here Kernel 4.18:

I think this is a driver/kernel issue. Or at least the Firmware. sad
I've upgraded 4.19 today. Sadly no difference. If this is a Bug, where do I have to report this?

Kind regards.
