Soundblaster Z and kernel 4.19.2 - thought it should work, but...

Alsa recognizes the card. But pulseaudio don't. I thought this kernel would support the driver out of the box. Any hints?

What do you mean by pulseaudio not recognizing the card?

it is not shown as a device, as output device. It is shown as input device.
