Where could I find a list or discussions about the packages moved from/to AUR and community repository?
I want to know why some packages were moved.
Thanks in advance.

Everything public is on the mailing lists, mostly aur-requests and arch-dev-public
Online
Whenever a package is moved from AUR rarely you can find a discussion about it.
If a package is moved in official repositories is due to an interest from the maintainer that moved it.
Often the discussion in made privately via mail between the trusted user and the AUR maintainer.

There also often isn't any discussion at all - and packages are simply grabbed without any notification to the owner.
I've had this happen to multiple packages over the years and it's kind of strange

I would normally ask the maintainer of the AUR package to be polite (probably with the intention of moving it in any case) but ultimately does it really matter? Having it in the official repos maintained by a Dev or TU is surely nothing but a good thing? If the person moving it doesn't make contact, it's probably because it's quite obvious what is happening I'd assume; either it's required by another package or there was high interest. If in doubt, you could always ask them.

Why is it strange? Would you have desired to refuse to have your package moved to the official repos? Maybe so, given you refer to it as "grabbing"...
I assure you there is no malice intended towards the original AUR maintainer.
